When Experience Counts:
Founder and Managing Partner, Vince Verdi has over four decades of residential and commercial experience to bring to the table. He first began building in New Jersey with his family and quickly learned the process from beginning to end. By the time he was in his twenties he formed his own company that specialized in residential and commercial construction and renovations. He successfully operated this business until he decided to change direction in his early thirties.
Vince with an eagerness to advance his knowledge joined the Lanid Corporation of Parsippany, New Jersey where he was responsible for several large projects such as Spring Ridge in Basking Ridge with 1200 units and Beaverbrook Country Club in Clinton, New Jersey where he oversaw the clubhouse renovation and the construction of approximately 900 single family, condominium, and town home units. Later endeavors landed Vince with a firm named Gale, Wentworth, and Dillon where he was in charge of developing 600 single family homes and a four million dollar clubhouse for the Cherry Valley Country Club near Princeton, New Jersey. Then Toll Brothers, one of the largest construction companies in America appointed Vince as the Senior Project Manager for the Patriot Hill project consisting of 271 town homes and 55 single family homes starting at $1.2 million at Canterbury Estates in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
The allure of Florida’s climate and the desire to get back to his home building roots caused Vince to relocate to Palm Coast, Florida in 2003 where he has now completed 15 beautiful homes and counting.
